Take your dog to Bark Avenue or Rockwell Pet Clinic, do not use Earthwise.
1 Start is the lowest rating, but I wish there was a way to give a lower rating.
I honestly cannot believe how I was treated at this store. The manager eventually tried to made amends, but it was too late! She was only trying, because she wanted to avoid a bad review, not because she saw anything wrong with the behavior of her employee.
I love Earthwise Pet Supply!! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and love all animals that come in the door!! They offer a wide variety of products and services. They even carry a type of food my parrots love that I can not buy anywhere else in the state.
Genuine staff Willing to help! Kyla is so precious, she helped me with literally everything I needed! I told her all my problems and the things I was looking for, plus my budget, and she pointed me in all the right directions. Could not ask for better people! Good energy.
Each time she responded with a huff and snapped back at me with some snide remark, and adding each time "You can take your dog!" although the dog was chopped up and half finished. After 3-4 times of her huffing and saying "You can take your dog". She strikes a pose and declares "You're being passive aggressive and I don't have to take this!". Yes that was her reaction to input from the owner on the dog, after she is way overdue on time, and had ignored all requests about the cut.
According to their website the full grooming should take 90min, but after 3 hours dog was not ready and groomer said she needed another 30-40min. I had no choice but to wait.
When I told the manager and she reacted with "uh-huh" it shows the problem is at all levels of this store not just the one groomer.
While I was waiting, I gave input regarding what I wanted in the cut, because the groomer was not following my requests, which were given in the online appointment, and when I dropped the dog off.
These people went above and beyond for my babies! So thankful to have a place like this in OKC that cares so much about the service given to my fur babies and about the quality of food/nutrition we are giving them. Thank you for everything!
I had my dog groomed there yesterday, and it was a horrible experience, because the groomer (Alicia) was rude and hateful, and hen reported to the manager (Kyla), responded with "uh huh", apparently not seeing a problem until she realized it would affect the store's reviews.
Nothing but respectful, loving, first class and high quality service and products! Kyla is an amazing person and a very capable professional manager. Thank you!
