I needed a heater element replaced in my hot water heater. As you can imagine, I was concerned that a heater element would turn into a $1000 new water heater. But my fear was unfounded when both guys worked to get a very stuck element out and a new one installed.
Brian came out today and got to my house almost as soon as I called. He was professional, honest and courteous. I’ll definitely use Plum Crazy again and the main reason is Brian. Thanks man!!!
Just had a new water heater installed by Scott. He was great! He was very informative and very friendly. He was also very professional and did the job quickly. The install was clean and looks excellent. I'm not sure on how good or competitive the prices are but I know Scott did a great job. I would recommend this place just for the job he did.
All for the service fee of $129 (I had the element).
In the end, Brian was VERY thorough and what I thought was going to be an insurmountable problem was resolved by he and Kevin. They explained the entire process to me and the cost up front. This is an exceptional service company with exceptional staff. Thanks Brian and Kevin!
I've used these guys several times. Always on time and pleasant. They repaired a slab leak I had on short notice and I have had no issues since then.
I called because of a kitchen sink clog and a leaky outdoor faucet. Brian came out and was AWESOME!! He fixed my clog in my sink and gave me a lot of plumbing advice and tips. My outdoor faucet was shot, but I couldn't afford a new one, so since winter is coming, he just turned the water off to the faucet so I have time to think about what I want to do with it before next spring. Highly recommend Brian!
