They charged me $26.99, which seemed high. I asked if there was a cheaper rate, and told there wasn't. That night i looked up what it would cost to ship if printed the label at myself: $13.81. The 'service charge' was nearly as much as shipping it self. That is, they charged me $13.18 to print a label.

The older gentleman behind the counter was extremely curt with me. Initially i was thrown off, but in the end decided to take my business elsewhere. I gave them two stars instead of one because of their convenient location, which I will not be using.

The following Monday I called to ask if there may have been a mistake on how much I was charged (I realize a company needs to make money but doubling the price seems excessive for printing a label). Ashley answered the phone, and scoffed at the question and became rude, ending the conversation with "well if you have the ability to print your own label, you should probably just do that".
