I moved near Lake Arcadia and coming from Norman the land of Pizza delivery I was sad that I would be without good pizza. Then I tried Charly's Cafe! Surprisingly amazing pizza, and they were willing to deliver! Also, a nice little homely environment untouched since the 80s. Sweet employees and great service!

the staff was friendly. the server seemed overwhelmed though which was odd because I was the only table in the place. the menu was huge which usually is a red flag for me. it seems like any time I go to a place with an extensive menu they're not so great. the food was not bad but not good either. mediocre. the server didn't check back on us until after we were done. the place had an odd smell. I wouldn't go back. I'd go the extra few feet to IHOP.
