Went there for lunch today with the medical provider I work with And because I had weight loss surgery couldn't take but 2 bites of my food and asked for to go Box. The waitress gave me the to go Box but I walked off and left it sitting on the table I only work 5 minutes away and tried to call them as soon as I realize I left it but the line stayed busy. Is trying to reach them to tell them put my food up but I guess they leave their phone off the hook during lunch time and when I walked in I told her I've been trying to call you out but the phone stays busy and she looked at it and it was off the hook. She then proceeded to go to the back of the kitchen and came back and told me the cook said that they would not replace my mail so I simply look better and say it that's fine I won't be back any more. It's sad that you're willing to lose a customer rather than replaced the meal And yes I left it but with them at few minutes I tried to call and the phone stay busy so their fault!! You tried to support black businesses and this is what you get
If you want a home cook meal fully seasoned place like you cooked it in your own kitchen this is the place to go. Not only is the food good but the staff is friendly and will hold a conversation with you and the ambience is awesome
A friend and I went for there omelette, waffle, and mimosa breakfast held on the 1st Saturday of every month. The food was divine. The omelette was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The waffle had a flaky buttery outside with a fluffy moist center. We are already planning our next trip to Florence's.
