This is still bothering me. I was there for a bowling birthday party this last sunday and so there was lots people on this tab. I ordered a drink from the waitress and while I was helping my son bowl, the drinks were delivered. I looked around and didn't see mine. So, I thought well maybe she would bring mine a little later. So after a little waiting, I decided to go find her and let her know that I hadn't received my drink yet. (This is where I get upset.) She tells me, "ugh...no, I took all the drinks over there." I proceeded to tell her, "well it's not there." She said again, "well I know I put all the drinks over there and a lady was handing them out." I told her again, I did not receive my drink. She told me, "let me go look over there." (Like, I'm freaking hiding it, or lying about it, seriously! No Sorry or anything.) After coming to see that I obviously didn't have my drink, she went to get me one. When she returned, she blamed it on the bartenders. That they forgot it. Where's the customer service? I had to argue that I didn't get my drink and was treated like I was lying. Plus, she was rude. I work in the customer service industry and this is not how you treat people. You treat everyone with honor, dignity and respect.
The food food and drinks are really good. They have great customer service. Most of the employees are very kind. They keep the restrooms nice and tidy. The best part are the games, the climbing course and bowling. Though the bad part about bowling, is that there is usually a rather long wait (especially on weekends). It's a great place to go to with a group of friends. It's also perfect the perfect place for a date.
I like that you can bowl while your kid goes nuts at the arcades. But you can't really trust to take your eyes off them, cause they don't do a kid security count when you come in and out. So anyone could walk out with your kids. If they did that the bowling thing would be great! At least a little more relaxing
We love this place and so do our children. We've been a number of times including bowling. We went last Thursday and not sure why we just thought of it, but we just realized that many folks eat while bowling. And I mean eating food with your hands then sticking your fingers into the holes of the balls -- nachos, chicken wings, burgers -- all of which actually are pretty good but I just can't imagine how much food and germs are stuffed down in those little finger holes!! Otherwise this place is top notch.
Had lots of fun bowling. There were funny cartoons on the screen as you bowled. Very fun. We then went and played video games. We did not have to wait for any games as there was a good amount of variety.
