The absolute most incompetent people I've ever met in my life I've ever had to deal with in my life it is not rocket scientist to roll up for burritos. First of all I was overcharged for food I didn't even order then when I brought it to their attention I was argued with like I was in the wrong because I'm the one who ordered wrong . Second of all when she handed me my order with her gloves still on did not bother to give me a receipt and for all I know pocketed the cash but I paid with because they were real quick to give me my money back when I started talking about calling district managers these people want $15 an hour they should make $0.15 an hour bunch of damned morons. I am trying to think of a reason to give them a lower star, but I don't see any issues with this store. When I went there for lunch hour it was busy but they gave me my food in a timely manner. Place was clean on my visit. Employees seemed calm even during a rush time. Most importantly the food was AWESOME and cheap so I will definitely be back.
Food taste great if they could only get the order correct and give you what you ordered instead of half.
The guy that made my food was great, best food I’ve had from bueno in a while and he was polite. The guy at the drive thru window was so rude. I work a drive through all the time and he should definitely know better than to take that long to answer the machine and shut the window in my face when I thanked him for handing me my drink. Like damn who pissed on your pancakes this morning? Sorry you have to work like everybody else. You know you suck when your coworker has to make up for you being awful.
Place was a bit messy and needed cleaned. Bobby was friendly and the order was accurate when we got it. The girl making our food was good but I don't know what the other girl was doing besides not helping. Time wise was okay drive thru was backed up but for two people trying to do all the work; they did alright.
