My wife and I ordered food for curbside. After we arrived at home and started to eat we realized we were missing the sauce for one of our dishes. When I called to resolve this the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. They told me to come back in and they would make it right. They not only replaced the whole dish but provided free cheesecake. They went far above and beyond to please. We will be coming back for sure.
Came here with my staff for lunch, one of my staff members it was her birthday, told the waitress that it was her birthday, we ordered an appetizer, which took forever, ordered our drinks and asked for straws that we never got until 30 minutes later by another waiter. ordered our food, which took forever, but she never came to our table to see if our food was good and correct, never asked if we wanted refills, needed anything else, asked for to go boxes and that took 15 minutes to get. My doctor should never have tipped her $20. not worth bad service. i only give this a 3 star due to the food quality, otherwise id give it a -1 star.
Service was amazing. Our waiter was on point always there to refill drinks or take away dishes. Ordered cheesecakes to go, they are delicious. However my lunch was not worth the price. It was presented well and the sweet potatoes were very good. The California cheessteak sandwich was not well seasoned and the bread was very chewy.
Every dish is delicious! I always try to get something new and have not been disappointed yet. Portion size is good too. Both my wife and I had leftovers. The waiter/waitress boxes up your food for you. Service is pleasant and not overbearing. Although the place was packed out we were able to be seated within 20 minutes and the bar was open so we were able to order drinks while we waited. Five star restaurant overall!
I was worried about service at this location because of the reviews, but our server Andrew was amazing! I had Cheesecake Factory for my birthday and he made it a great experience! The food was also to my expectations and they were great with allergies and gluten free needs of family.
