Reminder to those associates: Just because someone isn't a rail (has boobs and a butt) doesn't mean they can't wear Lulu and look good.
I love their clothes and know the quality is great. I agree with one other reviewer that based on my size (I'm a 10 with curves) I certainly have felt snubbed by the sales staff on one occasion. However, I went back and had a much nicer experience. I'm hopeful they will continue to treat their curvy customers with respect. Besides, you never know if they are there to shop for themselves or for a gift.
While visiting Oklahoma last year (December), I visited this store against my LLL-addict-of-a-bestfriend's advice. The women in the store were very snotty and rude. When we walked into the store, a couple of associates looked our way and gave us some major BF accompanied by some eye rolls. I stayed hopeful that it was only a couple bad egg associates - I was wrong. Another associate approached me and asked "you know our biggest size is a 12, right?" I said "I know for a fact I can comfortably fit into these because I wear a 10 in Lulu." I've NEVER been treated so disrespectfully at ANY retail store. My experience at this store has ruined the entire brand for me and to this day I refuse to go into a LLL store.
