I've don't business with them for years but will no longer buy one thing from them! Did a return and was told the money would go back on my card immediately and of course it wasn't refunded for damn near 3 days! Cost me a ton of overdraft fees and ended up being the biggest hassle. And of course shoe carnival wouldn't do one thing about it! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
