Great salesman here! He helped my Mom, and was so sweet. Great selection of shoes as well.
Poor selection of size 8.5 & 9 shoes. Help from employees almost non existent. Manager on duty not helpful either. Prices are good if they have your size.
Manager on duty was a complete jerk. Showed up to the unlocked store @ 6:05pm. Was informed they were closed and waiting on the last customer to finish. (They were still going through different styles of shoes and trying them on.) We explained we drove 30 minutes, knew the shoe size and style for my 9 y/o and they refused to give us less than 5 minutes to grab them. They just lost one sale and a life long customer. To top it off....that "last customer" walked out 10 minutes after they refused us. Strong customer service!!
They didn't have a good selection of sandals. It is summer! People want sandals. Very disappointed in the selection of other shoes as well.
