Walked out with 2 new tops and a bra. More importantly I walked out feeling sexy and well supported! Staff was great, tried to pull me out of my comfort zone of black but that won't happen.
Store Manager is very bad at her job. She is very rude. WOULD NOT HELP CUSTOMERS! Just act like we were not talking to her and acting for help.
Store manager was very rude. I don't understand how someone so rude could be a manager. The other associates didn't help customers either. They were all huddles by the register talking. Noone would help the customers when needed. Manager would get an attitude if a customer would ask for help.
Been coming to this store for over a year. I had a horrible experience with the customer service. Spoke with the manager and she said that is just the way it is. I have spend over $3000 on clothes in this store specifically. The sales lady had blue hair and had no clue what she was doing when attempting to check me out. it was so bad that I walked out and didn't purchase my items. Will be changing stores or shopping online with them. I told the manager that and she just brushed it off like it didn't matter that I am a valued customer. Sad day for torrid...customer service is what keeps customers.
The staff is so incredibly helpful. I feel so comfortable anytime I go in. The clothes are trendy and reasonably priced. It's nice to go to a store where you know everything with fit the way you want!
