Never buy from this bookstore! They are lazy and don't want to do their job with assisting in locating books and price. I called to inquiry about a book and the guy answers the phone told me their inventory changes every minute, go online and he hung up the phone in my face. I called back several times and he never answered. Guess he didn't want the business.
I have been renting/buying books here for 5 years. On December 10, I left my book in the drop box and was told they could not find it and accused of not returning it. The "manager" was extremely rude to me on the phone as well. When they tried to charge my card with a fee I called my bank and explained the situation. After the charge was disputed, 4 months later I received a letter in the mail stating they sent me to collections. collections spoke to textbrookers & they told her they had told me several times the book was severely damaged that it was "unrecognizable" which is NOT true whatsoever. I have never wrote a review on any bad service but I am so disappointed on how I was treated and lied about. I will NEVER rent or buy from this place again.
Easy rent and return, close to school and super cheap!
Great place to rent books they're always the cheapest spot around. I had a few old books that i was dumb enough to buy on campus my first semester and they purchased those from me for enough to rent some of my new ones. Best part is i didn't have my schedule and they knew what books i needed. Took me about 10 min to get in and out i'd say:)
the prices are good but one of the employee`s that works there is so rude and unhelpful...
