I rarely rate my experiences I have at businesses, but I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. All of the employees were professional and super friendly. I came in because I had a flat tire due to a nail, so it wasn't a good day. I waited for about 45 minutes (not bad, especially considering how busy they were!) to have it repaired. They pulled my car around and told me it was free of charge. I had no idea! I will be a customer for life at Discount Tire and will be purchasing my next set of tires here. Customer service is unmatched.
The service here is wonderful! We weren't sure they would service our vehicle because it was 10 minutes to closing time when we arrived. They immediately got the car in the bay, found a screw in one of the tires, fixed it, and had us back on our way in no time at all. Thank you for the awesome customer service and staying open a few extra minutes to take care of us. You are a great team!
