Have had our work van in the shop twice now and every time Debbie has made it so easy by working with the insurance company to make sure every item that should be covered on their estimate IS covered! They are SO easy to work with and Debbie is fantastic!!!

Our rental car got scratched and Dorsey + Son popped up on my google search so we checked it out to get an estimate (in the event we needed to counter an outrageous quote from the car rental company). A true family- owned business (4 generations now!) and that is what drew us to it. They gave me a quote for free, were clearly thoughtful and deliberate in drawing it up and it was clear they took great pride in their work, despite knowing up front it would result in NO business. They have great integrity and clearly years of experience !
Took my car here after a recent accident. They went above and beyond distraught to restore my car to itsee original condition. The work was detailed and thorough. I highly reccomend this place and Debbie is great!
