I was involved in a wreck and they did an excellent job repairing my back bumper! Only took them two days to get it done and was able to drive a free loaner car from them. Very good experience. Got a quote for my dent repair by text after sending pictures. On the day of repair, they picked up my car at my workplace and brought it back, repaired and on time. Very satisfied!
I'll leave all the boring stuff out and get straight to what matters, I left a message request on the website to receive a quote on a Sunday morning, I received a response within an hour, I submitted my pic with damage, got an EXACT $, scheduled my car within 2days out. They picked up my car and dropped it off at my job, the work was done in maybe 2-3hours. My car looks perfect. I hate wasting time on scheduling appointments for quotes, back and forth phone calls, etc. I was able to do all of this through e-mail. Short and sweet just how I like it. 10 thumbs up ;-)
