Worst paint job I've ever seen in my entire life.
Went in for a ding left with half my car sanded. We got totally screwed here. They tried to "go above and beyond" by redoing the work 3 times. They had to keep moving further and further out to blend their mistakes till eventually half my car was repainted with crappy maaco materials. Then they left pieces off and left the interior filthy. DO NOT GO HERE
We had a very, VERY poor experience with this Maaco location. Having been in business for a long time, we figured they would be the place to go to get my car repainted. If only I had asked around I would have saved my self a lot of time and frustration.
they are so amazing. everyone was so nice and they really helped me out and worked with my scheduled .The hole front of my car was messed up and they fixed it in just a few days, it looks better than brand new. they really are the best place and i plan on telling all my friends and family to go there.
Have to get the car repainted. What a joke! What a waste of time & money! What crooks!
I had my Chevrolet Avalanche completed repainted. All of the folks there were very helpful. There were some minor issues in a few spots on the paint, and Corey made sure that they were resolved before I picked up the vehicle, which was done within the time frame that they said it would be. I think for the money, it is the best value out there. I was happy enough that I took my wife's fiberglass topper there to be repainted.
Not once did management offer a genuine apology or any sort of remedy for our horrible customer experience. The only thing the manager seemed to care about was us leaving a review online which he brought up many, many times. He had the nerve to ask if we'd leave them a 5 star review because it would 'really help them out'. When we explained that they should have done it right the first time he promptly answered that they 'don't do $5,000 paint jobs'. So, in summary, if you are okay with a poor quality paint job, like to waste money on rental cars, and enjoy being given the go-around, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
Corey gave us a price that included completely sanding the car down, urethane, their highest quality paint, topcoat, etc. We dropped the car off and they had it for a week. After thoroughly inspecting the car we noticed how poor the quality of work was. There were multiple runs, smudges where someone/thing brushed against the still wet topcoat, hairline cracks all over the hood, not to mention they didn't even sand the front bumper as you could clearly see the old chipped paint underneath. We took it back up the next day and they said they'd fix everything. So we dropped the car off AGAIN and this time it took them 18 days!!! You would think that they would keep us up to date with the status of our car, however, they failed in that area too. One person called saying we were in line to be painted that week, then we called the follwing week and they said we WEREN'T in line to be painted yet, then suddenly our car is ready, oh wait, wrong person. Now we have to paint your car, wait, actually it's really ready this time.
The finished product was still not up to our standards as there was still over spray on several of the black trim parts (not to mention my windshield still had over spray from the first go-around which they said they would fix), several more smudge marks where someone/thing brushed against the paint, and bubbles in the top coat. Corey attempted to rub out these marks but they did not go away.
From the get-go everything went wrong. The appointment we had scheduled a week in advance meant nothing to them when we arrived before they even opened the door that day. We had to wait almost an hour before they got to us, even though we had a confirmed appointment.
