I rarely use a mechanic, because I rarely have a good experience. These guys are the best. They do good work, have reasonable prices, and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

I called in asking several questions about my Saturn Vue 02 and the owner was knowledgeable about my vehicle and all so I proceeded the next day to have my husband take my vehicle in to have a diagnostic done and when my husband got there the mechanic told him $96 just to run the diagnostic and also that the parts for my vehicle are discontinued so they are hard to find. It was just disappointing that they didn't try to help us more but thankfully we got our diagnostic from the car lot we bought our Honda van from and found out I need a tork converter hope that is the correct spelling so now I know why my engine light was on and can look into getting this fixed. I wouldn't recommend anywhere that charges $96 just to run a diagnostic on your car that just seems a bit steep and we would have to have the vehicle there at 7am for a diagnostic which for us is impossible when we have kids to take to school and I have to be at work but thanks anyways nw auto. Closed on weekends also is very inconvenient I might add.
Was in okc and my truck broke down I pulled up auto shop's near me and called they got me right in.no wait or appointment repaired my truck and visited with me as if I had known them for ever very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and ohnesest on price. As a technician my self I was impressed with them. Thanks again for helping me out when I was in a bind.
Very good & dependable will fix the actual problem. They will not lie or take extra money they try to save you money.
