I would like to give a big shout out to the guy (Asian guy) I think; cannot remember his name; at the BMW repair shop within Penn, who went totally out of his way to help me Saturday. My Range Rover coolant bleeder vale broke while I was there in OKC visiting. I randomly pulled up to this shop as I observed this guy working and asked him for help; he completely stopped what he was doing and patched up my radiator vale so I could get back on the road and get home safely. Remind you I had no clue where I was, I just pulled off an exit. This guy was truly an angel from heaven. It was getting late and would be dark soon and without charging me one dime, even after me insisting on paying him he refused to take it. This is a true case of humanity and diversity. He clearly went above and beyond on something he didn’t have to do. God bless you Sir; I truly appreciate what you did. I’ll never forget this and will pay it forward to the next person. It may not have been a big deal to you doing this
This is the place to repair your BMW. His price to compare to the dealer is unbelievable. He does the same job but whole lot cheaper. He always puts original parts. He is best mechanic I ever had for my car.
Everything you want in a garage. Experience, transparency, value. They fixed problems with my BMW X3 that the dealer and two other shops could not. Small items like a tail light and a loose wire were repaired at no charge without even asking. To top it off they are very pleasant to work with and don't mind "dumb" questions.
In my book this guy is the best mechanic in the world. He will only do what is necessary and he will let you know if something can be put off until later. Last time I took my car in I was told it was an easy fix and there would be no charge. In the future I will only buy BMW because I don't want to do business with anyone else when it comes to my automobiles.
I bought used 2007 BMW X5. Penn Automotive was the only one to work on it. I recently total the X5 and the insurance company offer me $10,000 for a 10 yr old 200,000 miles car. I attribute it to the excellent work the shop has done on the truck. I am shopping for another used BMW only because I have found the best shop to keep it running strong. On a side note I will never take my car to Jackie Cooper BMW for anything.
