Prices are competitive with other shops. They got me in and out very quickly.
I made a 9am appointment online for brake service and an oil change. I got there at 9am and was asked if I was dropping my car off and I said no because I had another appointment at 11:30am. He told me that his technician was not there yet and he didn't know when he was coming in. I told him the whole reason I booked this appointment at 9am was because I did not plan on dropping my car off. I told him I would wait for 10 minutes and then I was leaving. No one every showed up to fix my car so I left. He didn't apologize or tell me I could bring it back later. He didn't seem like he even cared. What's the point of making an appointment if no one is there to fix your car? I've been going to this location for 10 years but I am never going back. I found another place that was happy to fix my car without an appointment.
These guys have always been honest with me at any location I've been to. I will always return to them with anything I need
Worst service ever tech who took my order was friendly enough but I asked them to tell me what was wrong before fixing it and I received a call that my truck was ready.....I called them back and told them that I didn't ok the work and I wasn't prepared to pay that much money for what they did and the manager said no problem they put my old breaks and tires back on and I took my business else where only problem is the breaks barely worked (I had to start stopping 100yrds away while they kept grinding which they didn't do before) and the tires shaked violently (which didn't happen before either) luckly the other company took care of my needs and asked before doing hundreds of dollars worth of work I couldn't afford they even balanced my tires for free just because pep boys almost killed me.
Very disappointed in the service received. Scheduled an appointment and an hour after they started they said I was ready but they had not even completed the included Tire Rotation. So another 30 minutes later they where finished. When I asked about the 30 minute guarantee I found out it is the next oil change is free, which I received as a had written note on a business card. I am concerned they will even accept that as valid, if I even give them another chance.
