Went by Precision today because I need my oil changed. When I walked in I was greeted with 'Have a seat, get to you when I can'. To which I responded, 'No thanks, I just needed to find out a good time to come back and get an oil change'. There wasn't an offer to schedule a time today or in the future. Only response was 'Fridays and Saturdays are really busy' (DUH!). To which I ask, 'So there's no good time?' Giving a chance to schedule something. And again he replies 'No Fridays and Saturdays are busy'. No kidding weekends are busy! If you allowed for scheduling then it might not seem so busy or hectic. Now I'll go somewhere else where my time and theirs is valued.
Great prices! Installed the air filter I bought for free! They were fast, and did their job amazingly! Will definitely go back!
If I could do a zero star review or, more appropriately even, a review with several negative stars, I would and would not hesitate in doing so. I went in for a simple oil change and paid for the premium service expecting the staff to be competent enough to complete the service I paid for. What I got instead was a completely disinterested employee to interact with when requesting and paying for the service, a completely drained and empty tank of engine coolant, overfilled wiper fluid, and a loose oil filter. Upon calling to try to allow the shop to rectify the mistakes, as they were busy when I went in initially and mistakes do happen, I was spoken to in a confrontational and assuming tone implying that the aforementioned issues were problems I had caused or even outright fabricated just to receive free services, but that I could still return to have my vehicle looked at again. I will NOT return to this shop or even any other shop of this chain again EVER. I thought I could save time and energy by just taking my vehicle in for maintenance, but I would much rather do it all myself than have what I rely on to support myself and my family handled and worked on so poorly. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that even cares to a fraction of single percent about their vehicle(s) to either do the work themselves or find ANYWHERE else to do the work for them.
Always great service. Never have I felt I was being scammed and on a couple instances when I thought something was wrong they didn't find anything nor try to sell me anything. Would recommend to all.
