Never has a collection of unnecessary stuff for babies every accumulated in such style.
I called looking for a camo bedding set, the lady on the phone put me on hold and then told me that they did for sure have it in stock. I drove the 20 min one way to purchase the bedding set only to find that they did not carry anything camo in the store at all. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very rude and seemed unfriendly with the other customers at her register.. the other staff was very friendly, helpful, and apologetic for her mistake. Shows that one bad employee can make a huge difference in a customers shopping experience.
If you have no need for anything here, this is also a great place to witness young couples sadly experience the last moments of freedom expire.
Found an okay stroller for under $100. Would have like to see more options for tall toddlers but I don't think those could be found anywhere
The staff is so friendly that it makes one wonder if they could have a future in a funeral home, since they are both sad places that sell unnecessary things.
on Saturday 3/25/2017, we were assisted by a lady name Sabrina when we were ready to checkout! unfortunately, for the first time i had a horrible experience at Babies 'R' US! Sabrina couldn't be more frustrated, careless and rude! while smacking her gum, avoiding any eye contact and getting annoyed with my questions, she rang us up and we left the store. I have never had such an experience with anyone working at that location! i shop there all the time and the fact that Sabrina, did not like me asking: "are the shoes buy one get one 50% off!" or " Can you tell me what my gift card balance is!" or anything related to my purchase while she was ringing me up makes me want to either shop online or not want to work with her next time she is working one of the registers! regardless if she was tired of working that day, or was not in the "mood" to communicate back and forth or any reason she had for behaving that way, she could have taken a break or work on her customer service presentation while she was dealing with a customer. its sad that such a wonderful place with wonderful products has to leave a sour taste.....
I called 6 TIMES IN A ROW and NO ONE answered the phone! I talked to someone that morning and missed her call, tried to call her back and still no answer! What the hell?! Does no one there know how to answer the phone?!
