Store is never clean dust all over the floor. Rude so staff no one knows what any thing is. You have to pull your heir just to get anyone to help you find something. And when you finally do receive help your not greeted the stuff yours looks at you and act like they do not even want you in the store. Staff at Forever 21 not too wise.
Most unknowledgeable staff, shady company, they charged me for a pair of shoes because a pair of socks I wanted to purchase didn't have a barcode. I didn't notice until after they had charged me and I was still at the register so I asked for my money back, they said they couldn't they could only give me a gift card back even though the purchase happened less than a minute ago. If you want a good experience or good customer service where people know their job DO NOT go here
