Repetitive fashion, boring people, same ties all the time. Ultimately, OVER-PRICED OVER 9000!
Unprofessional. The store manager, Alyssa does not want you to return anything. She did on the receipt which said exchange only even though we pay by cash in store. She will try to push you to pay more and more everytime. Also, she will try to not telling you everything about return policy. Being a liar and get more money for the store is her goal. This store has worst customer service ever!!!!!

Tried to return 2 pieces with a receipt and the manager could not find it. Tried the card that was listed on the receipt and their computer said it was not returnable even though it was ordered and delivered less than 2 weeks ago. All still new with tags. Manager Alyssa said she couldn't help me and to call support for Express. Alyssa didnt try to do anything to prevent me from having to call and come back up once they figured it out. Very unprofessional.
