The people are great! I walked in to get fitted for a new suit and David was so helpful. They also rushed the tailoring so that I could wear it for an event three days later. I will definitely be returning if I ever need another suit.
Pretty disappointed and upset actually. Went in looking for a suit and the gentleman in the Tux department was very helpful and kind although he got my measurements wrong somewhere in the process. I'm buying a tux for upwards of $300+ i expect to get what i'm paying for. Not a bunch of bs and running back and forth. You're getting my business and i expected to get better service from a well known business, Men's Wearhouse. Could definitely had done better. pretty disappointed
I do not recommend the Tulsa location. We have been dealing with Dan, and have gone in 4 weekends in a row and have not stayed less than 2 hours each time we go. He is scattered brained, and helped 2 other people while helping us. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need more than one suit.
Dan Burnside assisted me in finding a great suit during a somber moment. Very friendly would recommend to anyone. (Penn Sq Mall location)
I'm really not satisfied with them. At all. The tuxedos for my sister's wedding were registered with them, and a lot was wrong. They gave us the wrong bow-ties, and on top of that, they didn't include the suspenders. The store that had to get one of the groomsmen in Texas forgot to put his shirt into the bag, and after they scrambled to get suspenders (also supposed to be part of the order) they were still one short and one had to go without. On top of that, they forgot to put cuff links in my bag. Now, I'll admit that I had to turn the tux in late because I had to work and didn't have the time, but they apparently can't do math either, because they tried to charge me $60 for three days when it was actually two days. The clerk at least cut that in half, but I'm still not amused with them caring more about nickle and diming me when they screwed up, and being smug about them "helping me" by halving the fee. I definitely don't plan on using them in the near future, and going to advise others to do the same.
