The store could use a little organization but otherwise alright to shop. I couldn't find any of the particular school uniform size I needed. I told the cashier and she didn't seem that interested in helping me with my issue.
There was a great sale today. Got some great casual lounging shirts and shorts. It was really clean and the staff were really helpful.
Manager on duty was rude like I was an inconvenience to her.
I called to ask a quick question about the credit card. Would've been a 5 sec answer and she just immediately put me on hold. I get that it's the holiday season and everyone is busy. But as a retail manager myself, I would never put someone on hold and leave them there for 10 mins. I left my house calling up there to ask a quick question before getting all the way there. Got all the way there, no line, nothing. She put me on hold and forgot I was there. I could hear the phone beeping for me being on hold when I got to the register. Nobody came up. So I left. Walked out to my car and called again. Same girl answered and said she was helping someone ring out. (Mind you I can see in the building) and she put me back on hold after I asked her to get someone else. Same girl answered about 3 secs after and answered my 5 sec question and she got an attitude with me because I told her how unprofessional she was. I get customers in front of you first, but considering I walked in and no one greeted me, helped me, or even was at the register while leaving me on hold... RIDICULOUS!!! Awful customer service.
My visit was good but it is hard to find my size jeans. Everythong was unorganized due to the holidays. But its a good place to buy clothes.
