HORRIBLE experience. Didn't get my flowers delivered, and when I called to find out why they didnt get there & where they were, they were rude and hateful to me on the phone. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.
I ordered the Teleflora's Captain Carefree Bouquet for my for my dad for father's day. The bouquet was PERFECT in every way!!!! I am so pleased and it made my dad very happy!!!!
Completely rude! My flowers got delivered the day after they were supposed to, and they were all completely dead, and brown in color. Called to ask why they weren't delivered the day they were supposed to, and it was because they were "really busy." She kept laughing and asking what I wanted her to say, she said that she could gaurentee that the flowers were not dead when they left her shop, but not even three hours after they were delivered I received pictures of each flower and how brown they were. She will be picking up the rotten bouquet and replacing it on Monday. Do not order from these rude people!
They offered a great selection when I ordered my custom bouquet, but did not deliver. I ordered a custom iris arrangement with purple rose (or tulips, depending on availability) accents in person a full 7 days in advance. They assured me they would be able to meet my needs perfectly. They called me at 2pm [NOT 6!] saying they were closing for the weekend and would leave it at the dry cleaner's. I asked them to wait for me, took off work 3 hours early, and drove straight there. When I arrived the bouquet was made with falling apart browning white roses, fully closed irises, partially crushed hydrangeas, and had a massive hole in the center of the bouquet. They said they didn't have any purple flower shipments this week and felt white would look best from what they did have. They never called to tell me anything until they said they were leaving, they did not ensure their weekly order would include the flowers needed for arrangements they'd already had paid for in full, nor did they offer me alternatives. From the look of their stock fridge, they didn't have anything else that would work to fix it even if they wold have offered. As I had less than 5 hours before I needed to deliver the bouquet I decided to cut my $65 loss and drive to another florist to have them fix it instead. I'd rate a 1, but the fact that they had irises in November warrants them a star up. Woefully disappointed as a whole, and will never return for anything other than a heartfelt apology and refund.
