Tony recently did our wedding floral and it was amazing! Everything was phenomenal and we got compliments on the arrangements all night! He is so creative and fun to work with!
I am writing to compliment this wonderful group and give my great appreciation in ordering roses. In an instant request of roses, they offered to deliver. Due to the urgency of time I made my order while on the phone and traveled quickly across town to pick up. In my frantic state, I did not take a close look and paid, then with a verbal "thank you" I took off. As I had one hand on this presentation, I noticed how detailed and wonderful this arrangement really was. The fragrance of this combination was great in the car and filled my head with relaxation to get me to my destination under stress. Once I saw the full arrangement I was overjoyed and felt that I have found my number one floral shop. I never travel to that area as I live south east, but I will surly will do so when it comes to my next arrangement. Thank you all for your personalized service today. You really made a great everlasting impression.
Worst experience ever. Wife worked less than one mile from the shop and they could not even deliver on time. Not to mention i ordered 2 weeks in advance. Would not recommend anyone to use their services. Had to cancel my order. Nice play on Valentines Day! Only got a 1 rating because 0 was not an option!
Mr. Foss was so kind today with my delivery. The card accidentally fell off of the arrangement in transit, and Mr. Foss sent an extra arrangement to make sure that I received the message from my husband. Only a true gentleman and kind soul would go to these lengths for his customers. I won't ever order flowers from any one else. Thank you Mr. Foss!
Worst experience just talking on the phone with Tony.....the chapel I am getting married at has a deal with Tony Foss flowers so I called to set up an appointment (6 months out) as was recommended by my wedding coordinator from my chapel. I left a message with his receptionist to call me so I could pick my arrangements. Not only did it take two weeks for him to call me back, but he was so rude and condescending and made me feel like an idiot for calling him 6 months out to pick flowers. He said "If you pick them that far out in advance you are going to change your mind then I will get mad". First of all I have never been married so I don't know the time frames to call on flowers!!! I was following orders from my wedding coordinator. Secondly even IF I did choose then change my mind, I would expect a business owner to be understanding and accommodating. Not get "mad" if I were to struggle to pick the perfect arrangements for my Wedding day!!!! I was able to contact Flowers by Pat and they have been nothing but gracious!!! I would not give this man one penny. No one deserves to be treated like that when planning a wedding...
