WE USED THERE SERVICE'S SEPTEMBER 2017,I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND EVERYONE, I'VE USED ALL THE FUNERAL HOMES IN OKLAHOMA BLACK OWNED AND THIS IS A 5 STAR COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT ALL THE NEEDS OF THE FAMILY OF THE DEACEASED.
I agree I've had two family members to use this Funeral home if you want to call it that! Felt like money was the bottom line here . Even after we thought, and re assured that all was paid for, we were charged an additional $700.00 !! Years before, we used this funeral home, my sister in law died, and we paid for a cement vault to have her casket put in. Pollard wouldn't lower the vault into the ground until everyone left. I have the feeling that Pollard took the cement vault, and casket, and dumped her in the ground!! took the casket, and vault back to the funeral home and re sold both of them. I don't, trust him and never will, or have.
This place shouldn't be given any stars. If could take back the days I lost my loved ones I would not have brought them to this funeral home after all I had to witness. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this funeral home to anyone. People please do your research before making a decision.
