If they're not giving you wrong information they're yelling at each other over driving pallet Jacks or chatting on phone or flirting.
This visit I needed help, and the lady who assisted me was very helpful. She guided to to each of the items that I needed, and even did a Google search to be sure the water filter for my refrigerator would fit my machine.
This Lowe's is great! The staff are always present and helpful. Without prompting, each staff member I pass always asks if I need help finding anything.

This place is a standard home improvement store. Good prices and helpful staff. Some lady on here complained about staff rushing past her and not asking if they could help her. If they were "rushing", they were probably helping another customer. If you need help somewhere, ASK. These employees aren't your servants.
Bought my new kitchen counters, stove, dishwasher there too.
Overpriced. Three people sent us to other side of store saying "yeah I think that's over there" for different items (and we weren't asking for anything complicated! or very specific). Everyone seemed confused or angry. One guy almost ranus over coming fast from a corner with forklift thing without warning and then gave dirty looks to customers as they had to walk around for their safety. Then he honked at them!
Do all my shopping for household repairs, paint, tooks, and gardening supplies.
Complete opposite behavior of any other store. Done with it.
