Terrible floor staffing. 11am only one person on the floor who could not assist. Gentleman in back was rude when asked direction to restroom. Point out faded paper sign at about waist level "No public restroom"
Always courteous and helps find what I need! Willing to pay a LITTLE more to be treated like they were there 'just for me'. Keep up the excellent customer service.
Clean and good neighborhood, customer service isn't very good though, nobody knows where stuff is.
