A friend recommended them, and one would think maybe get a discount, but no! I will never go back again!!!
After almost 2 years of listening to her tell me there is nothing wrong with my child and I finally changed doctors. We rarely went to the doctor , but when we did my daughter was fine she said. She had constant tummy aches and the doctor just said it was probably indigestion or she might be faking it. My daughter was sick 3 times in one week after a trip ba k from Mexico and also sick while in Mexico. I got her an exam before she left and one when she got back, plus one less than a week later, guess what? She was fine. Finally we went to the ER. I told that doctor about my daughter's symptoms she's had for years, he told me to start giving her a probiotic once a day. My daughter suffered for years and some random doctor solved the problems in 2 minutes. I just wished I hadn't of trusted her and changed doctors sooner. Such a simple fix if only she would have just taken the time.
Staff at the office were very nice, but my complaint there was:
1. Charge too much for what I received in care, which was nothing.
4. First office visit $90.00 and if one decides to go back again, will be charged $70.00, for nothing.
They make you pay to know whats wrong with you. If they find anything wrong. Doctor dresses unprofessionally and dont do anything but tell you that nothing is wrong. Clerk at the dest worst Attitude ever.
You all are very friendly, and nice people, but I felt you charge too much!
Dr Helen was awesome and was very helpful with information and it was sweet all the nurses said bye to me when I left.
3. I had a co-pay, because "I pay for my insurance" instead they charged me, for the full office visit.
2. Weight scale has not been calibrated in a long time.
They said they don't take my insurance and then they billed them anyway. I paid the entire office visit of over $130 then I get a statement from my insurance that they filed the office visit anyway. I really didn't like the care that she gave. The doctor was not friendly even though we paid so much.
