While the prices were decent and extremely reasonable and we did purchase a water pipe, only one of the people working there were pleasant to interact with. The woman helping my husband was kindly answering questions and trying to help him find an adapter that fit, but the woman helping my sister and I could have cared less to be there. When they went on break a gentleman helped us and he too could have been happier if we just hadn't had been in the store. While the piece we purchased was perfect gift for my sisters birthday, I had bit my cheek when we walked into Drew's Halloween sale right after..
