Absolutely the worst experience. I walked into the store and no one was even there so I waited for about 5 minutes before a lady who was seriously underdressed to be dealing in this line of work (sweat pant suit) finally came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I needed them to look at a ring I had, this was after I looked on their website to see if they purchase diamonds as well, which they do, and the k size was in their standard. She told me to sit down and give her the ring. She dropped it on a scale, told me she would give me 90 bucks for it because they didn't purchase diamonds. I told her no so she said "okay" and walked back in the back. Extremely unprofessional.
Each visit has solidified the positive impression from my first visit. The service is quick yet attentive. And I am just a man with a few pieces I want to know something about. They have earned my trust and is the only place I need to frequent.

I would think the most difficult objective for a precious metals buyer to meet is establishing and maintaining a relationship of trust with sellers. I want to sell at a price that is fair for both of us. They should do this and more, while not compromising professional ethics.
