The biggest joke ever!!! waited 4 hours in line. They want everyone to be up to date with there drivers license but they have 1 window to supply the public. Dont waste your time
Absolutely pathetic! I have been calling them for over a week and not once have I even been able to talk with someone. No one answers. Today alone I've called non stop for over three hours straight and guess what? No answer! These people should quit or be fired. Plenty of Americans want to work and a mentally challenged individual would do a better job.

Not liking this place at all. Yet, with having a CDL my options are low. I've been there a few times over the yrs. I know where my waiting line is. That guy sitting in his high chair is a joke, never have liked that guy.
Slowest service, I swear! My license is in OK, but I travel a lot and have lived out of state for school. I am trying to get my license out here where I'm studying, but I can't because even though the two cities in Utah where I have speeding tickets had sent clearance in May and again last week, OH has not posted clearance, and I'm still not able to get my new license because "it is taking longer than usual to post clearances". Why?! It's been way longer than I was told originally.
