Didn't take long to get to last waiting area but had to sit and wait so long that my behind went to sleep
We went to here today and asked the front desk lady "CJ" if we could talk to the supervisor we had talked to before. She said she called and the supervisor "Lori" didn't remember us. We asked to just speak to a supervisor and she then pretended to call and acted like no one answered and told us to stand to the side. We stood there for about 20 minutes waiting before getting back in line when it came to our turn again she called next and told us to move so she could help the guy behind us. We moved and waited then at 4 she told us we needed to leave bc they were closed. I am a person and so is my aunt and she treated us like we were just nothing. I am completely pissed off about how we got treated. If anyone knows a number for someone up higher please let me know bc I want to report this.
I arrived by 10 and was done by 10:45 (although the place was starting to fill quickly).
Every time I call to talk to them, I always get different information on the things I need to do. They don't bother to look into what I have already done regarding actions I am in the process of taking!!!!!!! Nor do they bother to give the full extent of details regarding what I need to do obviously and I'm about to just make that damn 3 hour trip to the office and speak with someone face to face!!!!!
Nice people really helpful from the police officer so were the employees very nice .fast . the nice people good to know they still around
