Do not do not do not waste your time here. They may be friendly but for the life of them they can't get a social security card delivered. They've managed to send my social security card to me 3 times, and guess how many times I've received a social security card? 0 Their solution. Come and reapply for another one. And yes I verified with them my address every single time. 0 stars
ZERO STARS!! Have made multiple calls only to spend eternity on hold. When someone did finally pick up, I was immediately hung up on! RIDICULOUS!! WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE!! ;( ZERO STARS!

I had visited the former office a few years ago and was not impressed with customer service at all. However, my experience on 11/1/2017 was quite different. The young gentleman who assisted me was professional and efficient. I did not write his name down but believe his name was Chris. His office was on the north hall at the end and on west side of hallway. I had the required documents and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks so much!
Better than I expected. There aren't any people there to assist you until you speak with a teller unfortunately. Check in with kiosk and wait in (typically full) waiting area. I got my ticket at 2:42 pm and walked out of the building (updated SS card) at 3:09 so not bad. Staff are curt yet efficient and get the job done as quickly as possible.
