Horrible experience. Staff has changed however they do not provide all of the information you need which requires more than one trip to the tag agency ( I am now on my 4th trip due to their incompetence in providing me with all of the information necessary). And they are not apologetic at all when it is their mistake. Some of the staff are also rude. I walked in, was asked how I could be helped, told her my situation, and she said hold on. Then preceded to pick up the phone to talk to someone else. There were 5 other staff members in the office who completely ignored me while she helped someone on the phone. No one else was in the lobby waiting to be helped. Awful customer service! Would definitely not recommend this tag agency.
after dealing with North side tag and speaking to an absolutely miserable and mean woman, Warwick was a pleasant surprise. When I called they were nice , and not anything out of ordinary just what you expect from someone who has a job in service. I got off work and went there probably 30 minutes or so before close . I was in and out and no one acted annoyed or like they didn't want to be there. I interacted with three different people while in tag agency and they were all friendly.
Warwick Tag Agency had been my 'Home' Agency for several years, and the Service was 'Adequate', but a Good Attitude was lacking. Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised to find not only a Name Change, to WESTLAKE Tag Agency, and a much better Attitude, but Customer Service Above & Beyond what one might expect! I encourage New Customers to visit this location, and Old Customers to return and enjoy a Greatly Improved Experience!
The staff is always so nice and helpful! I feel comfortable going here. They helped me when my tags were stolen so I really like this place!
I deal with this tag agency on a monthly, sometimes weekly basis. They are all very nice people and a joy to see when I come in each time! Daisy is one of the most knowledgeable title clerks that has ever helped me at any tag agency. We will continue to bring our business to this location due to the knowledge and service they provide!
