It was terrible, they never have more than 2 customers in here but you will always be here for 30 minutes. Both women who work here are rude. I usually go to mustang tag agency but since this is close to my house i thought i would give it another shot. Was thinking since they're slower they would appreciate business, not the case. They treat you disrespectfully, will not be returning. Keeping my money in mustang instead of here.

If there is no customer other than you, you don't need to waste your time waiting for other customers and they are really helpful. That lady was really helpful and lace back. I got all the informations I wanted to know from her. I live in downtown okc but will use this place again.(tag agency in Classen has 4 or more representatives but usually I see over 20 customers waiting) But if I see 3or more customers, in this place, I will try other place.

Had my wife's new license made there and before we excepted it, we looked over the info and it was done wrong. Then the lady said her computer went down and we would need to comeback the next morning to get her licenses. Very inconvenient!
