I went in was lied to about cutting the key I brought in. I was told they couldn't do it then they cut it charged me $65 to cut the key and it did not work. You could look at the key and see the cuts were not alike. I own a Auto Repair shop in town and would have no customers if I treated people the way I was treated
I haven't had a lot of interaction with any locksmith so was expecting the worst. However these guys are fantastic. Fast efficient and affordable, they came to my house and made a new car key efficient and affordable, they came to my house and made a new car key because we had lost the only one we had. Then took several different exterior deadbolt box and put them all on the same key. Very cool and we are very grateful. I will definitely use them again in the future whenever I need another locksmith.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a locksmith. The folks at Okey were friendly & fast; and they saved me over $150 from what the dealership wanted to charge me for a new key fob for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
