Rogers Safe and Lock were very professional and friendly when assisting me with a new key for my sons car .
The girl that answered the phone told me a locksmith would be there shortly. After waiting over an hour, I called to find out what the problem was..The locksmith had another job he went to and never told me. Poor customer service.
Took some special order ignition key blanks to them to be cut for my vehicle and they botched the job ruining the keys and costing me $24.50 (Neither key would turn in the ignition) No refund of any sort was offered; "Sorry" was all I got, at least they could have offered to refund the cost of 'cutting' my licensed blanks. The fact that they offered me nothing was most disturbing...I never write bad reviews; but this business definitely deserves one for the way they treated me.
Went for second time and my key still don't work..
Had me wait for an hour just to tell me that I had to go to a car dealership to get my key replacement even after lying and saying that he was already cutting my key.
