I love sandwiches! This place is clean, has fast service, and great qaulity food.
Placed an order online - called immediately after to request a sweet tea instead of an unsweet tea as I selected - guy on the phone barely spoke but said he would change it. Unfortunately, still got the unsweet tea, no straws and no napkins. Guy who delivered was nice, not sure if that was the same one though. I'm sure this doesn't happen too often, but super simple things make the difference. Don't say you'll take care of it and then not make sure it's changed.
Ordered food for a sales meeting at a local hotel near Brick Town. We picked up the trays and they didn't offer us mayo or mustard so we were without. There was hardly one piece of meat on each serving. I called to complain and they offered no solution. I called the corporate phone number and they didn't really care. Will never order from Jimmy John's again!
Good thing they are fast because there is not much parking...
