Been a customer for years and I was treated rude over the phone. When I call you to confront the matter, I'm told you can do nothing. I love the food and have told many people about the food. I feel disrespected and disregarded

You have a picture of a burger and fries as the first thing people see when they look up restaurants that deliver. I went to your website and looked at your menu and was instantly disappointed. Under Sandwiches and Burgers you only find subs and sandwiches. I was hoping to find a yummy sounding burger to order. I rate you 0 stars but didn't have that choice when rating you. Put some burgers on your Web menu for those of us who haven't ever eaten at your establishment. I ended up ordering from Panera instead.

One of my favorite places to eat! I would give them five stars if it wasn't for the last visit I had the lady there was little rude on the phone while giving her my order then when we arrived to pick up he food she told us she forgot to give the order to the cook. We had to wait about 30 minutes.. That was horrible service. Otherwise, their food is great and reasonable prices.
