This theater has very good prices but the catch is.... its not a clean theater. Will not visit again just cause is dirty.
I miss the old supervisor Kaitlyn. She always made my family feel so welcome because of her knowledge of ASL "sign language" and friendly attitude. She was always so quick to stop what she was doing just to help someone who needed her. AMC lost a gem but is still overall one of my favorite theaters . The facilities are always clean and staff is always courteous. I love AMC. Personally, I am closer to Penn Square and only drove to Crossroads for the quality experience Kaitlyn gave us. If AMC hires more "Kaitlyn's" they will definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
The theaters seem to be well kept and the employs friendly and helpful. Price was great.
Apparently they only sell tickets (Monday through Friday) at concessions. Would be great to know so that you are not 30 minutes late for your movie. Would probably also help if they had more than 2 workers making burnt popcorn and a manager who keeps staring at the wall not wanting to help his hopeless employees.
Horrible. Most expensive food/drinks, but lowest quality theatre. Only good thing is dollar dogs. Staff was of no help whatsoever. For anything. Even after asking two separate ones for help, they said "Yes" and never came back.
