One of my only complaints is the nachos. AMC must have recently switched the supplier of their nacho cheese, because now, the nacho cheese is awful. I used to order their nacho cheese and use it as a dip for one of their gourmet pretzels, but now, I do not, because the cheese is unbearably awful (but, it's not just this particular AMC, all AMCs in this area have switched to this new cheese).

Every time I came to this theater when I lived in Oklahoma it was always a pleasant experience. The auditoriums have comfortable seats and the sound and picture are perfect. The staff is very helpful and kind and the stubs program is even better. I literally came here once a week for a movie for two months and loved every bit of it. Also the snacks were always in stock, fresh, and delicious. I will miss coming to this theater as I permanently relocate elsewhere due to work. Whenever I visit in town I will try to come see a movie here for another incredible experience. Recommend this theater to anyone of any age.

I've only been twice this year - watched Logan and Dunkirk - the theater was absolutely filthy. Trash, cups and empty popcorn containers were left from the previous showings on both occasions. This theater is also much too loud. Watching Logan, it was annoyingly loud, but tolerable. Dunkirk was a different story. Each action scene I had to plug my ears - something I've never had to do in any previous experience watching a movie. However, I was not alone. Most people in attendence, both in front and behind me were covering their ears during these scenes.

The new room in front for featured films is amazing. Huge comfy reclining chairs actually big enough for my but, with an optional middle bar to go up for cuddling. Lots of room for my feet. Vibrating seats. It was awesome

This use to be a wonderful theater to go to, but it seems that management is severely lacking behind.

I have attended this theater multiple times in the past four years. This is the ultimate theater to go to if you want to catch a more limited, independent film. AMC Quail Springs usually always gets the smaller films, as well as the big blockbuster IMAX-type films too. Their IMAX auditorium is very big and accommodates over 400 people, plus the picture quality and sound is amazing. They even recently added a new Dolby Cinema auditorium with reclining seats. My only complaint is that while the chairs in the Dolby auditorium recline, they don't do a full recline like the seats at AMC Penn Square 10. The seats in the Dolby auditorium do a half-recline and is uncomfortable if you cannot find the right setting. If you are not interested in reclining, then the seats are wonderful, very plush and cool.

One of the other issues that I notice is in a couple of auditoriums. One in particular, Auditorium #13, is in desperate need of an upgrade to the sound system. At times, voices and/or sound effects will come out of one speaker on the right side of the theater, but will be completely silent out of the speaker on the left side. It is a little distracting if you're sitting on the left side of the theater and cannot hear something, because it's only discernible on the right speaker. Other than that, AMC Quail Springs 24 is a terrific theater to go to catch more limited releases and/or to see something in IMAX or the new Dolby Cinema auditorium.

It's worth driving down to the Warren Theater in Moore to watch your movies - the theater areas are always clean and the concessions are much cheaper.

Watched Thor last night st AMC Dolby. Recliner seats. Great sound. Really good experience, better than penn square. I was thrown off by some eating something they don’t serve, which I’m not totally against, but the garlic and onion smell were potent. I would advise not to take outside food, but if you do please be considerate of those around you and how sensitive they can be to specific smells. Overall, good experience and I will go back.
