Rude management, was treated like crap by them. Gave me the run around for 2.5 weeks. I've never been in a trailer park as trashy as bills. I don't recommend these people to anyone.
Neighbors way too loud. Too many cars blocking the streets.
Really friendly tenants! I've gotten to know some of them well! Very quiet! The trees in the park need to be trimmed by management not paid for by tenants!

floors in mobile home rotten,they have been trying to make me pay for water I do not use. Hotwater tank is not tied down,roof leaks,mold. They want almost $18,000 for a 1970 rotten mobile home. And they make me pay for their sewage bill
