If you need a cheap moble home , don't mind things being broke a while , and don't mind doing a background check just to play on the basketball court . Well then this is the place for you . 1 star is a over rating but they didn't have a 1/2 star option
Inside of the homes were clean if not a bit rundown. Prices are fair for what you pay for as long as you don't mind living in a high risk flood plain. If the park wasn't in a flood zone I'd move there.
Lived here in mid 90s while stationed at Tinker with the 963rd AWAC. Loved it cheap and safe.
I am so glad to live here. We have such a nice community. This is a quiet neighborhood where everyone cares about each other. A truly "old fashioned" neighborhood. Rent has been reduced, call today. Lots of family events, movies, bike safety course, Easter Egg Hunt, Santa visits. Great place for singles or families.
