The staff is very helpful and polite. Very eager to answer questions. Karen was very friendly and easy to talk to without making me feeling overwhelmed.
Do not move into this hell hole. They have a lease that they want you to follow but then when you go to management with a complaint they won't fix the issue. My closet has flooded twice since June 1st they still won't clean the mold up from the damage. They also have a no parking in the street rule but then won't honor it as well and allow people to block your driveway. When you complain they say it does not matter what you lease says follow the community guidelines.
Honestly dislike this place can't wait to move out they cut the water off with out letting people knowing. And rules of the park they want it to look like no kids live here.
It SUCKS HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Water shut off a few times a month...all ways complaining about your vehicles if you jabe a truck...not aloud to have things in the back of it.....NOISE MANAGEMENT!! YARD INSPECTIONS. ..NOT IN LEASE!!! Tottaly stupid DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
They never return my calls.They are harder on ppl that actually own they trailer.I been her for 14 months and been through like 5 freaking management.
