We had an emergency medical issue w my dog. The staff (everyone from doctor's, nurses, and front desk staff) are all amazing people. They were extremely kind and concerned. I have never experienced a clinic with such great people. The care was excellent and my little baby is doing much better. I may never go to another clinic. They are 24/7 not just emergency vetanarian. Love this place and Thank you to entire staff and doctor Logan for taking such good care and explaining everything that had happen and what we needed to do to care for our little guy at home. ❤
2003 this was a great place, probably about 2004 it started going downhill. Only the wealthy can afford to come here . Prices went up caring went down. This is just one person's decision but we will never go back
Nice vets office. Several doctors do you never know who will get unless you request a specific one. They are very thorough but you will have to wait a long time even with an appointment. They are available 24/7, which is great if you have an emergency.
We really like this place. The staff and vets are really good. They are definitely pricier than a lot of other places, but they also provide the convenience of 24 hour 7 days a week service. You can go for an emergency or a simple check-up. They cover it all. Plus they have an on-site pharmacy. We definitely recommend this place.
Would like to have given it like a negative 5 stars... I wish Neel vet love their animals as much as they love remodeling their office. Just took my dog in because he has a laceration on his right shoulder probably would have taken five stitches they want to charge us $650. Because he's 5 years old they said he's an older dog so they have to do all this blood work and other test which I declined that still would have been $450 on top of that we set there an hour and a half before being called back.
This place is amazing! I cannot day enough. I’ve even had to make a few emergency pet visits and they are always amazing professional and very caring with my babies
