Our sales guy Damarco was great in helping with the purchase of our car! Kevin in finance was great as well. The reason it is not 5 stars is because they left the sticky substance from the window sticker on the window,causing us to go back the next day to have it removed.
( we tried on our own but this substance does not come off) Thanks to Aaron in the service department for taking care of us you are awesome!!Also there were not 2 keys for the Buick, so we had to go to another dealer to buy a second key. We left with less then 1/2 a tank of gas,which in the past was always a full tank with the purchase of a car.
Paul was wonderful!! I called the dealership and asked if they could bring the car to my work for me to test drive because of my busy schedule, without hesitation they did just that!
One thing I would like to see a change is the Courtesy Service mileage limit. There should not be one. For the amount and trust we give, you should never deny offering a ride because of the distance.
I wanted to get a new jeep so, since they were close by I decided to give them a try. I had been to a different dealership in the past to buy my husband a car and vowed NEVER to go back there. My entire experience at Bob Moore was really great! There was a small problem at first with some promises that had been made to us by the sales person but they quickly corrected it and came through with every promise. I love my Jeep and will absolutely recommend them to everyone.
They certainly went above and beyond and I WILL purchase my next vehicle with Paul!
Before he left I told him what I was looking for in payment, term, the amount I wanted to finance and what I was looking for for my trade-in. When he got back to the dealership he sent me the credit application online I completed it and within 20 minutes I received a call from him with the exact terms of everything I had requested!!! There was no back-and-forth or negotiating to get the reasonable terms I wanted!! They were even willing to bring the papers to my work to sign!
Great buying experience. I gave them two hours to make it happen, and they did a great job of moving quickly. Anastasia and Santiago were a great help and their follow-up was fantastic. I am recommending Bob Moore Dodge on NW Expressway to my friends and you should check them out also.
